Opportunity for existing Livelihood Trainees

Livelihood is seeking expressions of interest from current Livelihood Trainees who have demonstrated competency across the 20 Livelihood capabilities at a Level 3 or above for several casual Office Clerks to work on our current digitisation contracts based at our Ingleburn office. This role would see you complete work in File Management, Scanning and Quality Control, as well as other administration tasks related to the completion of a digitalisation contract. The successful applicant will have:

  • Works independently with minimal supervision or prompting for up to 7 hours
  • Independently prioritises workload
  • Proactively seeks additional work
  • Demonstrates good time management
  • Escalates appropriate problems
  • Attempts to solve problems independently
  • Shows high attention to detail
  • Ability to guide new trainees in basic Livelihood operations
  • Displays professional attitude, communication and presentation
  • Demonstrates a high level of competency for the 20 Livelihood capabilities
  • Demonstrates the MDS values consistently
  • Proactively demonstrates Livelihood and MDS policies, protocols and procedures.

The Position is Casual offering hours Monday-Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm. The shift duration and amount of days will vary based on contract needs. This role is covered under the Labour Market Industry Assistance Award - Administrative Assistant Paypoint 1 ($34.18 per hour). A copy of the job description can be found here.
