MDS is seeking expressions of interest for a Permanent Part Time Support Worker for our Tahmoor Day Program. This position works under minimal supervision and involves assisting people with daily living skills and community inclusion and participation activities. 

The position available is Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays 9.00am to 3.00pm (36 hours per fortnight) with additional approved hours required to support transport commencing from 7.45am or finishing at 4.15pm .

The successful applicant will have:

• Positive feedback on past performance in your Support Worker role

This role is covered under the SCHCADS award level 2 ($34.58 - $37.73 per hour base rate). Also offered is salary packaging, sick leave, annual leave and leave loading.
